The result is in the lead before you hang up. Answers, score, summary and next step are saved, and the lead moves to the right stage.

Follow-up after the call: e-mail with the call, WhatsApp with a booking link and further attempts on day 3 and day 7 until a consultation is booked.

Data protection

Data protection is part of the product.

preqo is built in Germany for the rules of the EU. Our data processing agreements and the list of sub-processors are public.

  • Hosted in Frankfurt

    Database, logins and files run on Supabase in the AWS region eu-central-1. The app runs in the Frankfurt region of Vercel.

  • Consent before every contact

    AI calls, recordings and messages need documented consent. Every consent stores the text version and the time.

  • AI disclosure on every call

    The AI assistant says at the start of every call that it is an AI, in line with the EU AI Act.

  • Rights, audit and deletion

    Roles and row level security separate workspaces. Changes are logged, and deletions are final and documented.

Questions and answers

Does the AI assistant pretend to be a human?

No. It says in the first sentence of every call that it is an AI assistant. A custom name never replaces this disclosure.

When does the AI assistant call?

Only when the lead has given documented consent to an AI call, and only within the calling hours of your workspace.

Which questions does it ask?

The questions of your project, for example own use or investment, rooms, budget, financing and timing. You can change them at any time.

What happens when the AI minutes are used up?

The AI assistant pauses, new leads go to your sales team, and a banner shows the status. Additional minutes can be booked.

Where are the calls processed?

Telephony and speech processing run with an EU provider hosted in Frankfurt. Transcripts and results are stored with the lead in Frankfurt.

Can I listen to the calls?

Only if the lead agreed to a recording and recording is switched on. Recordings are deleted after 30 days by default. Without a recording you get the transcript and the summary.
