New-build collectionComing soon

Reach prospects who are looking for new builds like yours.

The new-build collection is a marketplace for new build projects that runs on preqo. Developers reach matching prospects with a lead alert and only receive those who respond.

In preparation. The new-build collection is not live yet, rules and prices are still being finalised.

What it is

What the new-build collection is.

A separate brand on neubaukollektion.de that brings new build projects and prospects together.

  • Projects of our customers

Developers list their projects with a landing page built in preqo, with units, funnel and exposé.

  • Prospects with their own consent

Prospects who enquire through the collection agree that it may tell them about comparable projects.

  • Target groups, not addresses

Developers see how many matching prospects there are, never their names or contact details.

Lead alert

How the lead alert will work.

Four steps from target group to new lead.

  1. Step 1

    Choose a target group

Filter by region, rooms, intended use, budget and how recent the enquiry is.

  2. Step 2

    See the size

preqo shows how many contacts match and which channels they agreed to.

  3. Step 3

    Send in collection branding

The new-build collection sends your project to the target group under its own name.

  4. Step 4

    Receive the responses

Prospects who click, enquire or reply land in your pipeline with consent for your project. Contact details are never passed on before that.

Joining

How a project joins.

Joining is voluntary and is set per project.

  1. Step 1

    List the project

Publish the project page from preqo on the new-build collection.

  2. Step 2

    Set the release

Agencies set it for their clients, direct customers set it themselves after confirming their privacy settings.

  3. Step 3

    Consent adapts

The consent text of every funnel of the project changes automatically. Earlier consents keep their version.

Pricing

How pricing will work.

Final prices will be published before launch.

  • Per contact

Each lead alert will be billed per contact reached, in credits.

  • Recent contacts cost more

Prices will be staggered by how recent the enquiry is.

  • Discount for contributing

Projects that bring prospects into the collection will get a discount on their own lead alerts.

Data protection

Data protection comes first.

The collection is designed so that no contact details are sold or passed on.

  • No lead selling

Developers never buy addresses. They reach prospects through the collection, and only responses reach them.

  • Its own controller

The collection will be responsible for the contacts in its pool and will have its own privacy notice and imprint.

  • Limited messages

Every prospect will only receive a few messages from the collection, and unsubscribing works with one click.

  • Legal review first

Consent texts and responsibilities are reviewed by a lawyer before the first landing page goes live.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Is the new-build collection live?

Not yet, it is in preparation. Send us a message and we let you know when projects can be listed.

Do I buy leads?

No. You pay for sending your project to a target group. Only prospects who respond come into your pipeline, with consent for your project.

Will other developers see my leads?

No. Leads from your own pages stay with you unless you release the project. Even then, other developers only see target group sizes, never contact details.

Is there a public target group estimator?

A public version with figures at city level is planned. Until then, we answer questions about demand in a personal conversation.

Who can join?

Developers who use preqo, directly or through an agency. Agencies can build collection landing pages for their clients.
