Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You test for 14 days with the full scope. At sign up you add a credit card or SEPA direct debit. You are charged only after the trial, then your plan continues automatically. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. You can extend the trial once by 7 days.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay 10 times the monthly price upfront, so 2 months are free. AI credits renew every month.
Can I change users or listings later?
Yes, anytime. More users, listings or projects apply right away and you only pay for the rest of the period. Reductions apply at the end of the period.
What happens when the AI credits are used up?
When the credits are used up the AI assistant pauses and new leads go to your team (worklist). No lead is lost. You can buy credit packs anytime or turn on auto top up.
How do agencies bill their customers?
Both ways work. The agency buys at its purchase price and invoices its customers itself. Or we invoice the customer at the agency's price and pay the margin to the agency every month.
Is there a minimum term?
You choose monthly or yearly billing. The term and notice period are stated in your offer before you sign.
Are the prices net?
Yes. All prices are in euros, net, plus VAT.
